New School Build

Sevenoaks Primary has an incredibly exciting opportunity to help provide a fantastic new school that will be an outstanding educational and community asset for the 21st century.

Our school is being rebuilt as part of the ‘Priority Schools Building Program’. This program is being led & majority funded by the Education Funding Agency with the support of Kent County Council. The scheme is an exciting, sustainable, fit for purpose and much needed replacement of our 50 year old building. Planning permission was granted in May 2016, building work will commence summer 2016 completion due by summer 2017.

We are fundraising to provide additional space so that the new building will reflect our ethos.  This will enhance our delivery of outstanding teaching and enrichment to our pupils and provide a great facility for community activities. We need to raise £500,000 for this work. We are extremely grateful for the incredible support of pupils, parents, governors, staff, the local community and a charitable trust. Click on the link to see the huge range of activities that everyone has been up to!

The Hands Trust has generously offered to match fund every pound that is raised before the new school is operational. This means that for every pound raised by the school, The Hands Trust will contribute one pound.

A loan facility has been agreed by KCC to cover any shortfall in funds but we are keen to minimise this and raise as much as we can before summer 2017.

We would be delighted if you would join us on our journey to create a fantastic new school that will be a legacy for future generations. There are many ways in which you can get involved:
