Term 3 Newsletter 3

We make every effort to keep the pre-school open throughout the Winter, however, should we experience severe weather conditions, please check online to see if the pre-school has closed on or the school website .   It is safe to presume that if the school is open, then pre-school will be open.   If the school has had to close, then pre-school will close.
In the mornings, we open the door at 8.55am to ensure there is no ‘scrum’ in the lobby.    We need you to stay on the premises until 9.00am though, for insurance purposes, as we officially take care of your children from 9.00am in the morning.
If your child is poorly, on antibiotics or needing calpol or neurofen to get them through the session, please consider whether they should be with us or, if indeed, they are better off at home.    Once the children start school there is no opportunity for them to have a day off at home, on the sofa, so please take advantage of it now while you have the chance!
Parent Rota – please feel free to put your name down on our rota to come in and have some fun.    See what your child gets up to and join in!   The rota is next to the white board in the lobby.
Please ensure your children bring their toys to Show and Tell on their allocated day.
We have issued a revised show and tell list when the children bring in their toys.   It is on the white board. Please make a note, on your fridge/phone/calendar, when your child’s show and tell day is.  If you forget one week, your child can bring their toy in the following week.
Please note, there is no pressure on you or your child to partake in ‘show and tell’ every week or even at all.   If you have any concerns or questions, please ask Tracy.
