Term 3 Newsletter 4

Dear Parents
As you are now aware, from September 2015, we will be offering additional sessions, covering Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm.    Please return the session request form by 9 February.   The sooner I have all your requests in, the sooner I will be able to confirm whether you have the sessions you want.
Should we experience severe weather conditions, please check online to see if the pre-school has closed on or the school website
If the school is open, pre-school will be open.   If the school is closed, then pre-school will close.
Please remember to bring in wellies for your children.   We use the garden every day and as it is very cold, please could you also remember to bring gloves and hats too.
We appreciate some young children eat whole grapes at home, but please could you cut grapes in half for pre-school?     Grapes are a choking hazard and there have been cases, in nurseries and pre-schools where a child has choked on a grape.   We do not to be one of those pre-schools.
Support Key Person – you can talk to your child’s key person any time about their progress.   If you have any information that you want to share with your key person, but they are not working that day, you can pass the information to your child’s support key person.  They are:
Janet and Karen, Hattie and Wendy, Tammy and Jackie, Lesley and Nicola, Emma and Rebecca
Please ensure your children bring their toys to Show and Tell on their allocated day.   If you forget one week, your child can bring their toy in the following week, not the next day.
Research Project – thank you to those who have already completed and returned the questionnaires.  If you haven’t received the questionnaire, please check your junk mail, as it may be lurking there!   I also have permission forms that I need you to sign, please! Thank you, Tracy.
