Term 3 Newsletter 5

Dear Parents
Remember, it is an inset day tomorrow, Friday 13th February and we are closed.   We hope you have a wonderful half term holiday.   We are back on Monday 23 February.
We are very excited as work is being done on our garden over half term (phase one) and finished over Easter holidays (phase two).   If we find our ‘grass’ area is out of bounds whilst some of the gardening work is being done, we will continue to use the paved area, the school grounds and also the school playground, in order for us to access the outdoors.
On a daily basis, please bring wellies, a change of clothes and gloves & hats along with a healthy snack in a bag.
Please could you bring your children in easily accessible clothes and shoes which they are able to unfasten themselves.
Have you changed your mobile/have a new number or moved house?   Please could you provide us with your updated contact details?    We need our records to be accurate.   Form attached and also hard copies available in pre-school.
The diary system allows you to write the name of the person who is authorised to collect your child.    Recently, we have found that names are not being added to the diary.
Also, people not authorised are being sent to pick a child up.  Our policy states we hand over a child to an authorised person only.     Please update your details for our records.
Please ensure your children brings one toy/item to Show and Tell on their allocated day.   If you forget one week, your child can bring their toy in the following week, not the next day.
